Beyond Text Programme LogoLarge Research Grants - Beyond Text

This scheme is closed and there will not be another call, the below is for information only.

The Large Research Grants are intended to support well-defined research projects enabling individual researchers to collaborate with, and bring benefits to, other individuals and orgainisations through the conduct of research. This scheme is not intended to support individual scholarship. Proposals will be encouraged from both less estabilished as well as more established senior scholars. Applicants for three-year grants many also propose a single studentship in association with the project. It is expected that about nine projects will be supported and the earliest start date will be 1 January 2009.

Applications for projects of between one and three years, and with a full economic cost of between £100,000 and £600,000 are invited.
