Your Responsibilities as an Award Holder
Once you have received an award, you should inform your Research or Finance office and pass them a copy of your budget sheet. You should read the Terms and Conditions of the award, and upon commencing your award period, ensure that the starting certificate is returned to the AHRC. The Terms and Conditions are set out in full in Section 7 (Additional Information) of the Research Funding Guide (513kb).
Reporting
As part of the Terms and Conditions of a Small Grants in the Creative and Performing Arts award, you are required to submit a Final Report. The report should be completed and submitted, using the Je-S system, within three months of this date. We cannot accept a hard copy form.
Expenditure Statements
Your finance team will be required to submit an expenditure statement at the end of the award. Please note that you must submit your report via Je-S, we shall not accept a hard copy form.
