Full details of the terms and conditions of your award and additional funding opportunities (eg study visits) are detailed in The Guide for Award Holders (241kb).

Please note that any change/suspension to an award has to be made with the support of your organisation.  Therefore if you are an award holder please consult the Guide and then contact your University for further advice. If you are University staff connected to an institution, please contact the team responsible for your institution.

Please note that if you change your address you must notify us. Please contact the office using the contact email details above to inform us of your change of address. We will then be able to notify you of your next steps.

Continuing Award Holders: If your award is continuing into the 2009-10 academic, your organisation will be asked to confirm your progress has been satisfactory during the previous academic year. If this is the case your award will continue, if not, the AHRC will contact you and your Organisation to ensure appropriate steps are being taken to improve progress and we will review the situation.  Please see the Guide for Award Holders for further information.

Please note you will only be contacted if your progress is unsatisfactory. Rates for 2009-10 are posted above, and the end date of your award (and submission date if appropriate) have been detailed in previous correspondence.

Finishing students: If your award is due to end in the 2008-09 academic year you will be required to complete an End of Award Report before 30 September 2009. You will be emailed to remind you to do this, and the report forms are posted below.
