Wednesday 14th December – Edinburgh University: 09.30 – 14.15 (spaces still available)
Thursday 15th December – University College London: 09.30 – 14.15 (very limited spaces)
The AHRC is holding two events to showcase the opportunities available to AHRC-funded PhD students and Early Career Researchers.
The aim of the events is to raise awareness of our International placement activities. These include the successful existing schemes with the Library of Congress in Washington DC and the National Institutes of the Humanities in Japan, as well as new schemes shortly to be launched with the Huntington Library in California and potential partners in India.
With presentations from representatives of the overseas institutions and returning award holders, this will be your chance to hear about how research projects or programmes can be enhanced through an overseas placement.
There are two dates to choose from:
Wednesday 14th December – Edinburgh University: 09.30 – 14.15 (spaces still available)
Thursday 15th December – University College London: 09.30 – 14.15 (very limited space)
Lunch will be included
The events are aimed at Research Managers, BGP Coordinators, Heads of School/Department, PhD Supervisors, AHRC-funded Principal Investigators and prospective applicants.
