AHRC Knowledge Exchange Hubs for the Creative Economy: Town Meetings

 21 Mar 2011

AHRC will announce a call for Expressions of Interest for Knowledge Exchange (KE) Hubs in the Creative Economy in the week commencing 7th March.  AHRC KE Hubs present a unique opportunity for Research Organisations already working in strategic partnerships with creative businesses and cultural organisations to strengthen and diversify their collaborative research activities, build new partnerships in the creative economy and increase the number of arts and humanities researchers actively engaged in research-based knowledge exchange.

We will be holding two Town Meetings for prospective applicants, their potential private, public and/or third sector partners, other funding agencies and stakeholders interested in learning more about this exciting initiative. This will be a prime opportunity to hear further about AHRC’s Creative Economy strategy, our ambitions for KE Hubs and to ask any related questions before submitting your Expression of Interest. Both events will comprise a two hour meeting including presentations from senior AHRC staff and time for questions followed by refreshments and an opportunity to meet your fellow attendees.
