Wednesday 7 December 2011, 1.15pm to 2.45pm
Room 359, University of Westminster, 309 Regent Street, London W1B 2UW
Following on from the "Rorschach Audio" lecture demonstration presented to The University of Westminster's Institute for Modern and Contemporary Culture in March 2011, and, in particular, that lecture’s discussions of Jean Cocteau, Salvador Dali, EH Gombrich, Primo Levi and Leonardo da Vinci, visual and sound artist Joe Banks presents further explorations of the influence of "Rorschach Audio" phenomena on literature and contemporary art. NB: University of Westminster staff and students need not RSVP, but all other guests please RSVP to j.banks@wmin.ac.uk, and give their names at the 309 Regent St reception for access and directions on Dec 7. This presentation directly extends material discussed in the earlier lecture, so guests not familiar with the earlier talk are encouraged to read the "Rorschach Audio" publications available here…
