Dr Michael Skey teaches sociology at the University of East London. His monograph, National Belonging & Everyday Life: The Significance of Nationhood in an Uncertain World is published in October 2011 and his work has also featured in a range of journals, including; Sociological Review, Nations & Nationalism, Journal of Cultural Geography and Ethnicities.
